Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

General Return Policy
Returns are accepted on non-custom items only. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition with all original pieces included.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not match your approved proof, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Photos may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Custom Orders
Custom items that have been approved for production and manufactured according to the approved proof are not eligible for return or refund.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proof details, including spelling, grammar, dates, sizing, layout, and design elements. Approval confirms that all information shown on the proof is correct.


Lost Packages - United States Orders
If your package has not been delivered within 3 weeks of shipment and tracking has not shown recent movement, we may consider the package lost in transit. In these cases, you may choose either a replacement order or a full refund.

Lost Packages - International Orders
If your package has not been delivered within 6 weeks of shipment and tracking has not shown any recent movement, we may consider the package lost in transit. In these cases, you may choose either a replacement order or a full refund.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, please first check with your local post office, household members, neighbors, and any available security cameras. While we are happy to assist when possible, orders marked as delivered are not automatically eligible for replacement or refund.
